I tool part to a seminar organized by ModeUncut  focusing on disruptive modes of creating clothing that contest the wasteful, socially unjust practices of the mainstream fashion industry. Speakers included also Cecilia Palmer from Berlin and Anja-Lisa Hirscher from Ulm, Germany; Francesco Mazzarella from Loughborough, UK.

MODE UNCUT is a think-do tank, collaborative network and platform for exploring and disrupting fashion practices, by reconfiguring designer-producer-consumer relationships. Collaborators include researchers, practitioners, commercial and social entrepreneurs and citizens.
