Sustainable food in Japan/ Cibo sostenibile in Giappone

(EN) The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan commissioned to Groovisions an infographic video about the impact of consumer choices on the economy of food. Nowadays 60% of the of the food consumed in Japan is imported and the global economic/energetic crisis and the growth of population is making prices go high. That’s why the video encourages japanese to make sustainable food choices and urges the industry to produce safe, properly labeled food. ——— (IT) Il Ministero che in Giappone si occupa di agricoltura, pesca e foreste ha commissionato a Groovisions un video in infografica che affronta l’impatto delle scelte dei consumatori sull’economia del cibo. Ma non solo. Oggi il 60% del cibo consumato in Giappone viene importato e la crisi economica/energetica globale insieme alla crescita della popolazione sta facendo lievitare i prezzi.
