We need large-scale transformations that depend on choices taken by government, organizations and companies. For example no one mentions the huge amount of European subsidies to airlines that allow them to sell ultra-cheap flight tickets (Milano-Amsterdam by plane costs 50 euros, by train costs 144 euros!) to many cities in Europe.
